SENIOR COMPANIONSHIP
Enjoy activities at home by playing games, working on a puzzle, or having a conversation over tea and coffee. We also offer customized activities in the community. We will accompany you to the Denver Zoo, Museums, Art Galleries or to your favorite restaurant.

GROCERY SHOPPING AND ERRANDS
Do you feel like you don’t have enough time in the day? Save time by hiring an extra hand to assist you in grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, going to the post office and getting that last minute gift idea.

LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING
We can help you with light housekeeping needs. Sometimes it helps to have an extra hand to keep your house in order. We are happy to assist with laundry, changing bed sheets, vacuuming and other light housekeeping tasks.

LIGHT MEAL PREPARATION
We are happy to assist you in light meal preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We can also prepare snacks for you to enjoy throughout the day.

TRANSPORTATION TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS
If you are unable to drive, we can help you get to your appointment on time. We can help schedule rides in advance so you don’t have to worry about last minute transportation. We will accompany you and advocate for your needs.

ORGANIZING AND DOWNSIZING
If you are feeling overwhelmed with the amount of stuff you have we can help organize and downsize your closets, office spaces and living spaces.

PET SITTING
Do you have pets who require some extra attention while you are out of town? We can provide in home pet sitting and dog walking while you are away.
ABOUT JENNY
Jenny’s Helping Hands is independently owned and operated by Jenny Kukoy. She is a lifetime resident of Colorado and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from Prescott College.
Jenny focuses on personalized care to help seniors live independently in their home. She has been providing care for over 20 years. She has worked with individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, intellectual disabilities, and people with traumatic brain injuries.
Jenny believes it is important to give seniors the opportunity to live independently and to provide the necessary tools and support to improve their quality of life.
